Party help - how many bottles of soda???
how many bottles of soda and what kinds - for a party of 125 people? 100 adults, 25 kids.
(There will also be a keg or 2)

Don't over buy soda and beverages. Figure on 5 people per (2 liter) bottle of soda. For children depending on age, get juice boxes or small individual bottles. This way you don't waste opening a large bottle. You can always keep unopened juice boxes and use when you want. As for water purchase the small bottles. Most people open a water, take a sip the forget which is theirs (then open another). Good luck.

If there's alcohol then I wouldn't get too much soda. We had 65 at DS's baptism and I got 15 1.5 liter bottles in addition to the beer & water and we had probably 5 bottles leftover.

At DD"s baptism party in April, we had a ton of soda left over. People mostly drank water.
Don't go overboard on the sooda.

I had like 35 at DH's suprise party last month. I only bought 6 motlles of soda. Thank god i did not buy more. I have 5 bottles left. People mostly drank beer and liquor. I would go with the 5 people per 2 liter bottle theory.

SO I got 15 bottles Coca Cola, 3 bottle diet, 2 bottle Sprite. I am going to get a few more each of Diet and Sprite (maybe 3 more each) and some Seltzer at the request of my Grandma.
Then I am getting some bottled water. How many bottles should I get? I was going to get around 1 per person - I figure with the keg and the soda this should be plenty?
