Bonelss skinless chicken thighs... I need some recipe ideas...

I am so sick of marinating in F/F Italian dressing or terayaki sauce and grilling. Any new ideas out there? TIA!

i tried one that i read on here last night.. except i didnt use any fresh spices- everything came from a jar :) it was really good though:

oven at 450....wash and dry chicken, season with salt and pepper

in a bowl, combine olive oil, sage, garlic powder, thyme and parsley. coat the chicken with the olive oil mix. i also put olive oil on the bottom of the baking dish so it wouldnt stick

put it in the oven for 30 min. every 10 minutes, i basted the chicken, flipped it over to get it cooked evenly on both sides

made it with rice and sauteed string beans. i loved it....
