Today at work i was told by one of my customers
That i'm an inspiration, She sees how much weight i have lost and knows that i exercise too, So she told me today she started exercising and she felt great, Because of what i'm doing watching what i'm eating ,I'm helping people want to do this also!!! I just wanted to share.
