suck.
Yes, probably belongs on Sucks, but this is the only place where people would understand what I'm talking about.

I am fearful of it - I've watched marathons when it's happened to the leader. If I have any feeling before, I make sure I take care of it before I run.

That's the thing. I didn't have to go before I went for a run. It just hit me mid run.

ugh - I'm sorry. the one and only time I had to "do" something about it was during the LI half marathon - in the trees on the wantagh parkway!

This is why I run on my treadmill - I have these "issues" quite often and have to run up the stairs to get to my bathroom!!!
I could not imagine being stuck in the road when it hits!
