weight watchers
how does it work...
How much is it? do i have to go to meetings...
what if I wanted to get weighed, have them tell me how many points I have for a day, and also just to get the points card....
Can I just do that?

It's $40/a month if you do the monthly pass. I highly suggest doing it this way because you get the the meetings and the e-tools (tracking online, recipes etc.) that way.
You can go and find out how the program works but in general I think people are much more successful when attending the meetings every week.
Your point allowance is based on factors like your height, weight etc. It's basically like counting calories but they're converted into easy-to-use points.
