those who got sneakers from runners edge
can you tell me what brand sneakers you got? I'm hoping to go this wk or next and I've never been to this store but heard that the sneakers are good from there. Don't know if it matter but I only jog for myself no races and I jog between 3-4miles 5days a wk.

I got a pair of saucony. They are really helpful there, I told em what I do (run walk whatever), they ask you some questions and give you a couple of choices/brands, you fit em and run the length of the store :)
You are not rushed. It was fun.

Thank you. I can't wait to go, the sneakers I've been wearing are from over a yr ago. And they look it  I never thought I would be excieted for a new pair of sneakers but I actually really enjoy jogging and now my dh is starting to pick me up some cute clothes to wear. I normally look like I just rolled out of bed, Oh wait I did

Thanks for reminding me of Marshalls, I always forget that store and I know it's a hit or miss but they have great prices.

Hello. Where is Runners Edge? I didnt get my sneakers there but if they have Mizunos you should try them. I got my frist pair and they are heaven. Alot of people love Aasics too but I felt the Mizunos were much more comfortable!

Runners Edge is in Farmingdale and what I have heard is that they are very helpful in finding a shoe to fit you correctly. For right now I have Aasics however a friend of mine said they weren't that good  But I did have them for over a yr so I guess I am due for a new pair anyway.

I love that store! I usually get Brookes or Saucony.
They will check if your feet pronate. They also have you run in the store to see how you run.
Great Store!
