I have an interview tomorrow!Update!
I passed round one last week
and tomorrow I have an interview in the city with the director
I am not 100% sure I want it- the location is annoying (west side highway)
but I am going to give it my all
the head hunter is someone that I have been working with for a while- and she is the one that always has the FL job I would want when we move
I am just alittle torn b/c DH is talking about moving alot sooner then I thought (he wants to change careers and that requires a 4 month school in FL- and it would be easier and cheaper for us to move then vs me trying to keep up our NY apartment)
but we decided when and if I get an offier- we will talk about what is best for us
so wish me luck!

yuck
horrible location
westside hwy in the 20s took me 20 minutes to walk from Penn- I could only imagine doing that walk in the winter-
horrible office- the set up was awful- tons of space- but everyone was on top of each other
and the person I met with - I would never click with
oh well- next!

I know what I want to do
Jake is coming around to it
today just re-enforced that I need to take a break from what I was doing
I just don't feel it anymore
I didn't care either way about this interview
I did my best- for myself- but my heart wasn't in it-
I was hoping they would cancel so I could stay at Jake's office longer
he just feels like b/c I went to school for this and was doing so well that I should continue
but I was soooo unhappy
and I am happy now!
life is too short to be miserable all day - if you have the chance to be happy

That's great that you have another option you are very happy with!!!
I would stay there if that is what you truly enjoy. I also think it's very common for people to switch careers.........it's so great to be able to stumble upon something else that may be a better fit for various reasons............that can be so rare nowadays.
