Therapist/Counselor
I live in the West Babylon area and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. I am at a point where I think I am going to break and I need to speak with someone and I have never done this before. I am not sure if I should go to a therapist, psychologist/counselor...how Do you know which one to go to?

Either one would be fine.
I can recommend a psychologist, but he is in Roslyn.
