I just got back from shopping
and I just need to tell someone but I went from a size 9 to a size 6  I've been a size 9 since I can remember. I started jogging at the end of June and people have said they have seen a diff. however I didn't think it was much of a diff. well I have hardly any clothes so dh took me shopping tonight and when I tried on a size 9 they fell right down so I said let me just try a 6 and I could of fell over when I was able to get them on. There not even tight. I have never been a size 6 in my life so I want to say I LOVE jogging
