Lesson Ideas

I am getting observed next week. I am new to the set up of my class. Four kids are MR and two are just language processing disorders. I basically do a lot of group work but for the observation I need whole class. Any ideas?

I teach self contained and can never do a whole group lesson. Could you talk to ur supervisor to try to see if you can do small group. Otherwise I would just differentiate the instruction based on the needs of the kids. I usually do three different lessons in the course of a period. What does it need to be on?

I would do like PP said. Differentiate. Start with a whole group lesson on a topic you're studying and then have differentiated activities so you'll meet the needs of all the kids.
