Where do you go for your glasses/contacts? How does it work?

I have not been in a while- I think many of the chains take our ins.
You need to get a validated form- call: 212-539-0539. I looked to see if it could be done online, but it can't.

really? Mine came in less than a week last time i called.
Also many private opthomologists take it. mine does. i have a great one in RVC that takes UFT if anyone needs the info.
