Just an idea, an LIF Pot Luck Dinner ?
I was invited to one last year, and I had my own right after because it was so much fun.
I went all out with my family, and made it a contest, people voted, it was such a blast. gave out prizes, etc. I had a nice apron from Italy for the winners to put on and take a photo with.
we had everything from fancy desserts, to fresh guacamole, to awesome ITalian dishes, so many different things, and everyone had so much fun tasting, wondering who made it, etc.
and we laughed the whole night, in shock at some people we thought would NEVER cook something, lol.
evryone got really into it, calling me constantly asking if they can make this or that, if anyone else was making it, etc.
as they were leaving they said they couldnt wait for next year's lol.
IF someone from LIF can get a church or something to book a big room for super cheap, this would be something really fun.
Id say after the holiday rush, maybe jan/feb (well my famiy one is in jan, so lets not conflict)
It's SOOO much fun!
anyone IN on the idea ?
even if you hate cooking or dont want to cook a dish, you can participate in so many other ways...
