Eating
I am 15 weeks. I have not been sick at all - which, I know, I'm very lucky for. But my problem is hardly anything ever sounds good.....and when something does sound good - it usually isn't good for me - hamburgers, ice cream, etc. I usually try and find something pallable enough to eat, because I know I need to eat and if I do put off eating, I end up with a headache - like today. Is anyone else going through this?
I wish there was just a pill I could take to make the hunger go away, and to get all the nutriends I need and not have to deal with food!

Re: Eating
Well, that's really common, having aversions to food. And infact, although I had nausea, I had mostly what you are feeling until about 3 weeks ago (I'm 22 weeks). If all you can stomache eating is a hamburger or ice cream, EAT IT! My doctor told me to eat anything I can get down when I was feeling that way. You will feel back to normal soon and can resume eating healty then. Until then, just eat because you are doing more harm by not eating than by waiting to find something healthy! Good luck!

Re: Eating
My feeling is even if you don't have m/s bad, i think most woman have a slight case of it and people call it aversions. There were things i loved before being pregnant like cookies, wine, fish that make me ill to think about now. Eat whatever sounds good to you.

Re: Eating
I've been very picky about what I want and what tastes good to me. Some things just make me feel gross. I haven't had any m/s, but some things just turn me off.

Re: Eating
Food adversions are very common during pregnancy, I know I had my share especially in the beginning. I was advised to eat whatever you can stomach and or looks - sounds good to you.
