Anyone not feel well while eating Activia?

I thought I would give it a try, it's a great snack. But my stomach is not right....I'm guessing it's just the adjustment to "regularity" but wanted to check.

I eat Activia quite often and have yet to experience any negative side effects. Then again it might be helpful to know I'm used to high fiber foods (veggie here). My DH on the other hand said it was fast acting . Hope you feel better soon!

If you have never been on a probiotic or live culture regimine before it can make you gassy, bloated, crampy and even a little, uh, loose in the beginning. Maybe have it every other day for a few days to get used to it.

my isister was eating a small container everyday... and for WEEKS she was pooping like 3-4 times a day and lost a lot of weight (she was not overweight). we were so worried and she thought she had like iriitable bowel.... turns out, it was the Activia!!! stopped eating it and she's back to normal. me, i eat one 3-4 times a week and no change.
