Human Resource Career

Hi Everyone

I am currently working on my BBA in Human Resource Management I am in my junior year.

Currently I work as a Pharmacy Tech and I have no human resource experience. How do I get my foot in? What positions can I apply for at an entry level?

I do have some administrative experience but that was about 7 years ago also I went to a trade school years ago and got a computerized business diploma in Business administrative.

I started out as an HR assistant. I had no HR experience but I had my BS in Business Admin. Also, when I interviewed, I emphasized my responsibities that included confidentiality as a part of my job since that is a huge part of HR. I was a medical receptionist and then a sales assistant in a brokerage firm, both of which included handling confidential information daily. Other than that, I spoke of my admin responsibilites - answering calls (customer service- another part of HR), writing documents, filing etc.
