I'm back... and fat
Whoa nelly, did I gain some weight. I ate to my hearts content as much cheese, pizza and gelato as I could muster in Italy. And I don't think my body will ever recover from the 10 days of binging I had in Israel 
I gained a whopping 4lbs  And was even so kindly told by my neighbor that I gained weight in my hips (gee, thanks  ).
So, now, back to my routine. Any motivating words??

Just go back to eating the way you were before Gelato and massive amounts of hummus and bread You should be back to your usual weight in a few weeks..
Isn't the gelato AMAZING!?

Yessssssssss... but unfortunately I'm a lactard, so my tummy really paid the price. After 2 days of suffering, I put a moratorium on all gelato intake

Good for you that you enjoyed yourself...that's what life is all about. You'll get back to where you were, just think about on your normal eating regimine how many fewer calories you take in than you did on vacation. I wouldn't be surprised if you drop of few of those pounds quickly.
I am off to Israel in February and I plan on eating to my hearts content too!
SO happy you had a wonderful trip!!

You enjoyed yourself and had a fabulous time! As soon as you are back in your normal routine, those 4 lbs will disappear. You've done it before and will do it again.

Oh you'll be fine don't worry - a little vacation weight never hurt anyone I gain like 10 lbs after a vacation but most of it is water and it flushes out within a week. Just get back into your routine and you'll be fine
Watch what you called whopping!!! I gained 3.6 this week and I didn't go anywhere

It's OK, Beth. YOu can expect to gain weight on vacation. 4 lbs is not that bad
My suggestion is just to go right back to 'real life.' how you were before. No 'tomorrow,' start now.
