im making stuffed chicken..but what can i season the goat cheese with?

You are stuffing the chicken w/ Goat cheese? I would add cranberries and some pecans or walnuts if you have any.
As far as seasoning....I'm not too sure what you can use??? LOL

oh walnuts i do have..
i have bought goat cheese already seasoned but this time i got plain..i dont know what the goat cheese is seasoned with..i have dry herbs and figured i can use that.

I did look up a recipe.........they used goat cheese with garlic, fresh basil, black pepper and olive oil. So I guess those go. LOL
