Where To Hike on LI ?
Any suggestions? I am inspired to hike after watching The Biggest Loser this week.

I love hiking in Cold Spring Harbor. Theres a trail next to the library - all uphill!!!!

There is a trail that goes from Cold Spring Harbor to Massapequa-passes by my house..haha

There are hiking trails within the Planting Fields Arboretum and there are some at the Muttowntown Preserve.

go to the parking lot all the way to the end towards the right. on the opposite side of the water you'll see a entrance over a wooden bridge...all in there are trails - some decent hills to!
