I haven't run in a week and a half!
I feel like I've failed!   I have to remember that it happens and I will just have to build up a bit again. Right???

Why didn't you run? Are you recovering or taking a break?
I always feel guilty when I go a few days without a workout... I know what you mean!

Come on, you can do it-if doofy me got out there wearing gloves and doing eight whole minutes straight, you are GOOD TO GO!! Fall is gorgeous, just think of the scenery...get back on the proverbial horse...

Well, last Wednesday was going to be a run day but Aunt Flo came on and reared her UGLY head (ie: cramps, cramps and more cramps). Thursday was slightly better, Friday brought me EXHAUSTION from the week, don't remember Saturday, Sunday we hiked upstate, yesterday I tutored...I don't know, the week just flew by.

know you havent failed tho, just get at it again. and oh my.. does the week go by quickly for real........
