Re: sleep deprived
I found the book "Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child" to be very helpful.
Sleep really does beget sleep.
How much is he sleeping during the day? What is their nap schedule? What time do you put them down at night? What time do they awake in the morning?
It was rare that one of mine woke the other up... yes, even if one was up crying (usually DD) DS slept right through w/o a peep until about 1 year old.

Re: sleep deprived
Are you swaddling him still? Is your house too warm? too cold?
There was a period of time when ds slept in the bouncy seat. And just the other night, he slept in his stroller.
I know how you feel! I hope you get some sleep soon!

Re: sleep deprived
I was afraid of the same thing that one of the twins would wake up the other but they really don't. It took me 8-9 months to realize this.

Re: sleep deprived
I started a strict napping schedule when they were 4 months and it really started them sleeping through the night for me.
I would put them in their cribs for a nap around 9:30 or 10AM and then again around 2-3PM. Then before bed I would bathe them and give them there last bottle around 6:30 PM and then up to bed at 7PM. That really worked for us. From that time on they really started sleeping 7-7 for us at 4 months old.
I think letting them nap througout the day when they want to is the issue. They are both off then from each other and then think of nighttime as just another nap.
I am a big fan of schedules especially for Moms of Multiples. I was very strict about them until they turned 2 to the point that we left social events early to make sure they were in bed by 7PM. I much rather leave a fun party early then have two cranky babies up all night. LOL.
Good luck...sleep deprivation is the WORST!
