cooking ahead
I want to make some dishes ahead of time for Christmas Eve. Do you think that today (Sunday) is too soon to make twice-baked potatoes and a greenbean casserole?

Personally, yeah. I usually would do it the day before. 3 days is pushing it. But that is jmo.
