If I used the no-boil noodles..I cook it then freeze it. If I used the boil noodles, I put it together then I will freeze it then bake when I defrost it.

after - I use the Barilla no boil lasagne
Edit I cook BEFORE I freeze
(I was answering the question I freeze AFTER I cook)
