anyone ever find that their morning eating messes up the rest of th day?
not intentionally, i didn't eat until almost noon today (was up around 7:30ish). i ordered a grilled chicken to go wrap, plain and a plain baked potato at wendy's, ate about half and then found myself famished 3-4 hours later and downing a bean burrito. Now, at midnight, I can't stop eating. I'm not usually like this at night and I'm wondering if my night hunger has to do with the late eating start this morning. thoughts?

I think it's definitely possible. Some mornings I don't have time for breakfast before work and I find myself sooo hungry in the afternoon & snacking on junk even if I had a big lunch. When I eat something filling before work like oatmeal or something, I think I eat a little less later on.

I don't know if I can be of any help because I am always hungry
First off, breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. You NEED to eat in the morning because it jump starts your metabolism. Even if it's something small I would really try to eat within an hour of waking up.
For me, I find it helps to eat every few hours. I am a grazer and it helps me to not overeat or eat giant meals. I try to listen to my body and eat when I am hungry but make the best choices possible.
You may also be hungry because of the types of foods you are eating. If you eat whole grains, foods with a lot of protein and higher in fiber your body will respond better and keep you fuller longer.
Lastly are you drinking enough water? Sometimes we mistaken hunger for dehydration. If you are really hungry try drinking water and waiting 10 minutes or so to see if you are really hungry or maybe just thirsty.
HTH!
