Question re: possible new PMS symptom
2 months in a row I have gotten horrific stomach issues (actually have been treating it as a stomach virus) 2 days prior to the start of AF. Never had this before. Is it possible that I suddenly have a new PMS symptom?? It's just too coincidental to me. I am planning on going to the doctor because this is really odd. Has anyone else aquired a new symptom suddenly like that? Also, what can they do besides the pill to ease this? I can't go through this every month!!! I am not able to take any BC pills, so that's not an option due to family hx of blood clotting genes and personal hx of complicated migraines.
any help or info would be appreciated.

Thanks for the info!
I did get the acid, but I also had nausea too. I guess that could also apply with the hormonal change it was talking about and it's effect on muscles.
I have no idea what to do about it.  I can not change the "hormonal environment". Yet, I know I can not deal with this every month. I just wonder if I should be concerned cause this is a sudden change.

I get like this most months, but I also have IBS and I think the 2 are linked, do you have any other stomach problems during the month?
