Your son sounds like a truly wonderful person, and I'm sure he made Ed's life a happier and easier one than it would have been without him. I'm so sorry he has to go through this now. I hope he's doing ok.

how awful. They kick him out when he was the only one who cared. I wouldn't leave the house though. I think they would have to file an eviction notice. He lived there and it was clear.
So they want Brian to find a home for the dog even though they want him out because it wasn't his house? Well, it wasn't his dog either. They can't have it both ways.
Your son is amazing and has ben through so much. I wish him the best of everything.
I would consult an attorney though just to cover himself. They could claim that he stole Ed's money etc..he needs some protection. People get nuts over that stuff. I can see it coming especialy from the son.

Your son is an Eds angel.. You raised your son to be a terrific man and anyone who comes into contact with someone whos got such a great heart should be honored. I pray for Ed, his family and your son and your family.

I am so sorry for what your son is dealing with. I also agree with the above. My cousin is dealing with something similar right now with her boyfriend's parents (he was killed in a motorcycle accident in October) and hiring an attorney was the best thing she did.
