What is going around that affects the sinuses and stomach? (TMI)

I've had many sinus infections before that upset my stomach because of drainage. But this one is completely different. I am so nauseous and achy. I am having constant diarrhea (TMI), but haven't thrown up yet. Plus, this morning I feel like I have been punched all over my stomach.

Add that to a whopping sinus infection I have and I just want to die.

I can't even function to take care of DS. But I can't have anybody come over to help because I don't want to get them sick.

Anybody experience this lately? TIA!!!!

I had something similiar this past week for a few days. My bones hurt , very achy and sore, I had a bad stomach too. I was exhausted. I also had a sinus issue going on, but it was very minor. It finally went Away after the bad stomach. Feel better.
Are u on antibiotics for the sinus',maybe it is a reaction to the meds?

Any chance you could have strep? Strep can affect the stomach and intestines.
