IBS-Non Specific
I have recently been diagnosed with IBS. I don't have the "D" or "C" types as I am very regular. My symptoms include cramping, pain, and spasms. Does anyone else have similar symptoms?

i have cramping, pain and spasms but that's always when i feel 'my food drop'....and right before a bad D run....
i am SEVERE D though...

I have those symptoms during a flare-up. I have learned to watch what I eat. My doctors made me write a diary of foods that I ate, and then add any symtoms. I know I have to stay away from raw veggies and be careful with spicy, seasoned, or acidic foods. FM me if you have any other questions. HTH!

How is you IBS during pregnancy? I am on the TTC board, and I do think about that.

How is you IBS during pregnancy? I am on the TTC board, and I do think about that.
it has been outstanding...
i still have bad days, but i have WAY more good days. When i have to struggle to go, i consider that a good day...as i haven't had to do that in more than 15 years!!!! I'm so used to what i call direct deposit (eating and going to the bathroom IMMEDIATELY) that it's refreshing to actually sit and digest food!
