Homemade Pizza but no Pizza Stone
Can I make the pizza with a cookie sheet? My mom never had a stone and I thought that is how she made it.

You definitely don't need a pizza stone - I always make mine on a cookie sheet. I just roll it on on a large cutting board with some cornmeal and then transfer it to a cookie sheet.
You can make the dough in your new food processor!
