How are these hotels...I see they include breakfast...how is it?

for an economical hotel they are pretty good - only stayed at one once when i was little but it was clean and the breakfast was good - a buffet with lots of stuff. great for the price.

I stayed at one a few years ago in Virginia. It was nice, nothing fantastic. It was pretty clean. Breakfast there was actually really good, they had the standard, bagels, cereal, fruit, but they also had a waffle machine which was really good. The waffles where delicious.
Then later in the evening they also had warm cookies, pastries and juice, coffee or tea

an old roommate of mine used to be the manager at one...and it was a pretty decent hotel. clean and neat, good for business travelers.

We stayed in one in north Carolina a few years ago. It was very clean, and the breakfast was very good.
