Thank you ladies!!
So i posted yesterday how i need motivation...thanks to you guys, i finally realized what im doing wrong!!! I ate on a strict schedule today... 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast with 2 pieces of fat free american (one combo at 8 am one at 1030); lean cuisine panini for lunch and 2 small tangerines; fiber one bar 4 hrs later after teaching, a panera orchard harvest salad for dinner with no dressing (6 pts); piece of bread for 2 pts and a cup of panera's garden vegetable soup. No night snack cause im not hungry!!! I cannot believe how much better i feel today. I had energy all day today and i really think its because i ate the hardboiled eggs rather than the south beach bar! You ladies rock. Here's to getting back down to wedding day weight and taking my day after pics in the summer. Thanks again ladies!!
