Tandem or side by side

I am taking my sis to register this weekend and figured I would ask here which stroller you prefer.

Any tips would be welcome, TIA

They each have their own pro's and con's really....

If I were having twins again I would get a front to back snap & go for the carseats....a side by side that reclines and has storage...and a couple of single,CHEAP, umbrella strollers (they come in very handy)

I had a tandem and was happy with it. When they got older we switched to 2 single strollers that we used more then the tandem. If I had to do it all over again, I would get the snap and go, I thought it would be a waste since they would grow out of the car seats soon, but mine were in them for at least 9 months.

Tandem snap n go when they are babies. We got a tandem Graco one when they are bigger...but boy is that heavy! It comes in handy to go to stores and the mall. I use a side by side jogging stroller for strolls around the neighborhood and other events. They love that.

As they are getting older now I am thinking of buying cheap umbrella strollers. We rarely use a stroller anymore but you still need it and lugging around that big tandem one is a pain.
