Tandem vs. side by side strollers
Which kind of stroller do you prefer? I had wanted a tandem because I always see people struggling with side-by-sides - getting through doors, through aisles in stores, etc, but it seems like most of the tandems are for a toddler and an infant - not two infants.
Is the doble snap and go any good? Or is my best bet a side-by-side? I am so confused.

I'm having the same dilemma; we just returned the tandem Graco Quattro and are looking for a replacement, possibly a side-by-side. In the beginning, I wanted a tandem, but now I think I would prefer them to be next to each other and something lighter than the Graco. I have found that it is about a 50-50 split among parents who prefer one over the other. During my "research", I am finding from reviews that there are many side by sides that will fit through most doors, so we will most likely go w/ those - possibly a jogger since I am an avid runner!
We will be using the double snap-n-go for the first months and then switch over to whichever stroller we end up with.

I had a side by side....a front to back...and 2 umbrella strollers for when I had someone else with me....
Although Im sure you can do without one or the other the 2 umbrella strollers were a definite need that I never would of thought of before I had them.

I love my double snap n go. My twins were early so they were small. They are months old now and I still use it. It's so easy to get in out of car. It's kind of cumbersome but I don't think you will find a double stroller that is not.

I have a tandem, and a double side by side jogger.
I prefer the tandem, because I am at the mall, and shopping all the time with the boys and it is so much easier to manuver in and out of the stores and racks.
I LOVE the jogger, but that is just for the beach and the road. I would never take that to the mall.
