Back issue question - had anyone ever experienced back pain like this?

So I have never had back problems before but DH always does and he can't understand the pain I am explaining to him so I'm wondering if anyone has ever experienced this...It's hard to explain but I'm going to try. I'm not sure if its a back issue or a nerve issue

The pain is not sharp and it comes and goes - but it moves - it feels almost like those massage chairs you sit in at the massage parlor that have the fake fists that rotate around your back - like that, under the skin - its mostly on my right side - the upper back and it rotates down my back and towards the center - it is movement related in that it happens mostly when I stand over the sink washing dishes and such or at the computer - its a really weird sensation almost like a tingling rolling feeling under my skin. It is compounded by overall back aches in the upper middle back - not sure if its a pinched nerve then or something?

It's been going on for a little under a week. TIA!

Are you pregnant or did you just have a baby? I get the same thing in my middle and upper back since having DS. Leaning over the sink is the worst. It sounds like you might be have muscle spasms in your back. The tingling I also get if I lean in odd ways. I have developed herniated discs in my neck after having DS. You should go to the dr and get it checked out...maybe physical therapy will help.
