Sorry for what you are going through. I am on the opposite side of the argument, kinda. It's a tough situation all around. Just have faith. It will work out.

Times are tight for most people right now. Try to see it through and I think it will get better with time. Chat Icon

That is bull! I get that he wants to see his daughter, and he should, and that is fine, but if it is in the agreement that she pays for the tickets then she should or he should insist that she pays for at least one ticket. If that doesn't work, you are just going to have to suck it up, unfortunately. It is his child, he wants to see her, you CANNOT stand in the way of that. However, why can't you see your family as well??Chat Icon Because of the $ for another ticket? If he is 100% entitled to see "his family" as he puts it(and he should be), then so are you!

Does DH pay CS? Can you deduct the price of the ticket from the CS payment?

He should have discussed this situation with you and not tell you what your doing. MY DH used to do that to me and it ****** me off to no end. I told him that if he expected any help (advice, monetary) then he would have to include me in on his son's decisions otherwise he's on his own.
