sleeping together

What is the best routine to put twins to sleep.

I have them both in the same room and I put them down together , but when one cries he wakes up the other. What should I do? I don't want to seperate them. What advice does those multiple moms have out there for me, I know I'm not alone on this one... They are 8 months old.

Re: sleeping together

My girls are not sleeping together but they are in the same room. The only advice I can give it when one starts crying run fast and grab them fast so they dont wake the other one up. Thats what I try to do. Good Luck!!

Re: sleeping together

we did what christine said - run fast and get the one crying!!! It was funny cuz - my daughter could sleep thru my sons crying but not the other way around. When she cried - she actually screamed her head off!
They still share a room and they are 3 - one will not go to bed without the other.

yep, jump out of bed. My twins are still in my room, but as soon as one starts to squirm, the other wakes up within seconds. Its funny, because one will fall asleep right next to the one who is screaming.
