What type of exercise do you suggest for me??
I need to tone my arms, legs,butt and back. Cardio?weights?circuit?

The actual routine you need to do depends on what you are looking to achieve. Like do you need to lose weight and tone or just tone.
Either way I would try to fit in cardio as much as possible and then also incorporate weights a few times a week. The only way to see more definition is to lose fat surrounding the muscle and cardio will allow you to achieve this.
To tone parts like your arms, you will definitely need weight training. I use free weights and machines. If you are not comfortable using free weights then I woudl suggest using the machines because if you use them incorrectly you may just be wasting your time performing the wrong movements.
If you go to a gym and are unsure of the proper technique for free weights or machines, I would definitely ask someone who works there is your form is correct.
