I was wondering if I could keep up with it when I was pregnant actually!! so thats great to know you are doing it, did you just ask your Dr? and do you do Low impact now?
The only reason I mentioned the young thing is that I feel like some people look at me like why does she need to be here
I Have EFT so I mostly go to holbrook but I can go to farmingville, wading river miller place port jeff station if I want

I used to go to the one on 107. I get what you are saying I found it to be cliquey and it was the older people too!

Re: Jazzercise?
I use to go years ago with a friend and we were the youngest. Now that I'm 42, I'm thinking about going back. I use to absolutely love it.
If you don't mind my asking, what would you say the age range is???
Do they still have low impact modifications?? And would I be able to keep up if I walk 3 miles, four times a week?? Can you tell I'm not relishing being the new kid???

I checked a little while back with the high risk dr, not my regular OB. He basically said as long as I did it before, then i can continue with pregnancy. I actually hadn't done aerobics in a long time before pregnancy, but I felt fit enough to do it. I do low impact. I just take it easy, don't jump or anything. No twists. Everyone's pregnancy situation is different though. And i go to the one in albertson (i think is the name of the town).

I am pregnant and I keep up. And if I can do it with a 25 pound bowling ball growing inside of me, I am sure you can too. I do low impact, just no jumping basically. They do show low impact modifications.
