W.W. friendly crock pot recipes

turkey chili is really good
turkey chop meat
can of black beans
can of ff refried beans
onion
salsa
diced tomatoes
chili seasoning
you can add more beans if you want
also, I usually brown and drain the chop meat before I put it in the crockpot.

Anything. Tell me what you have and I can get you a recipe. The new momentum cookbook has a lot of recipes. Also, the now and later cookbook is great too!

Today I am making a chicken cacatore type thing. I used chicken breast, diced tomatoes, potatoes, onions, garlic and some carrotts. I just put them all in and put it on low and I'll leave it probably for about 5 or 6 hours.
Try going to weightwatchers.com...they have tons
