Who's had pink eye?
I read up on it and I have some of the symptoms, but not all. But I'm also sick with a headcold of some sort, so I'm thinking the drainage in my eye is caused from that.

I have of course! It gets really crusty and gooey and itches like crazy. My doc gives me drops and it clears up in a couple days

I don't have itchiness and I don't feel like I have anything in my eye. It is just irritated and red because of me touching it. DH thinks it's pink eye.

ive had pink eye 2 times and it wasnt itchy either time. it gets crusty, epecially at night, hard to open in the am. excessive goobers as I like to call it. you can get drops from the doc to clear it right up!
warm compresses help too!

Well I woke up and my eye was tearing like crazy (a symptom). There is no swelling on my eye and no crustiness but constant gooeyness that I'm removing from my eye making it more iiritated.

allergies? did you try an OTC allergy med?   <--- thats a runny eyed huggy man, hes not crying

i've had it before.
if you think you might be getting it -- head to your local pharmacy like CVS or Rite Aid and go into the eye care section
they sell a natural pink eye relief medicine that is some drops you put in your eye to help stop any type of pink eye from becoming full force.

also, is it possible that you scratched your cornea? sometimes it can happen without you knowing. the eye doc can do a litmus test to look for a scratch, then would provide drops!

I don't know. It's just the one eye. I have allergies but on tons of allergy meds already. But I'm also sick, so that's why I'm thinking it's just from being sick. My eye doctor is open late so I'm going to not touch it and wait for the redness to go down. If it doesn't I'll head over there.
