I personally wear my hair down. That is how it looks best and how I am most comfortable. I would suggest wearing your hair in whatever professional way is most comfortable for you. You don't want to be worrying about your hair -- and unless it looks unprofessional, the interviewer won't be worried about it either. Chat Icon

Now that it's short I don't have a choice but when it was long, I used to wear it half up and half down b/c I know I have a tendency to push it out of my face and "play" with it to some extent - especially when I'm nervous.

So rather than sitting there with my hands in my hair I pulled it up off of my face but down so it looked pretty.

usually up because I will set it and forget it and I won't fidget or try to fix it and make it all limp and flat and over hair sprayed.

So a low pony with a barret or half up pinned back.

It depends...on my mood / my outfit / the weather. If it is 100 degrees and humid there is no way I can wear it down, it's always a frizzy mess. So in cases like that I will pull it back in a really neat professional looking low pony tail. Otherwise always down and ironed lol..

I would say usually down... Possibly half up with a pretty barrette.

Usually straightened, in a low pony, or half up half down with a simple barette....
