Strollers?? So frustrating...

Okay twin mommies i need your help on this. I was going to purchase a stroller that held one twin in the front and one in the back for shopping and everyday use and maybe get a jogging stroller side by side when me and DH want to go for a walk or park or something.

But I got advice that the front/back one is very hard to manuever and frustrating to use.

Can i ask you all what you used for your babies. HOw many strollers should i register for???

I really hate the side by side ones because i can't tell you the number of times i have seen woman struggling with them in stores and clogging up aisles.

Any help...greatly appreciated!

I have the Graco Dual Glider and it is awesome! I love it, it handles really well, I can manuever it with one hand! I would totally recommend it to any one with 2 babies. I also have graco car seats, (not matching) but it seams any graco snug fit will snap into the stroller.
Believe me if I can handle it - anyone can!

I also have the Graco Duo Glider and love it. Only downside is that it is heavier than a side by side, but you get used to it.

My sister has one. I haven't found it to be hard to maneuver at all. I actually think it's easier then the side by side one, which is too wide for me. I dont' use it everyday but have babysat and carted the kids everywhere that I definitely have a preference.

Thanks everyone.

Irish Tracy...quick question. The snap and go i assume is car seats too right? And i assume they grow pretty quickly out of that. Maybe i will get that and then the graco for when they are older?? How much was the snap and go?

Thanks!

I herad the side by side ones are a pain to manuever when you are at the mall or the store.
I think i will get a front/back one.

A friend of mine has the Peg A Perego Aria and she loves it. She went through 4 different double strollers before falling in love with the one Irish Tracy posted.

Re: Strollers?? So frustrating...

I haven't registered yet, but I have been researching. I think the double snap 'n' go is ideal w/ infant carriers but I found a stroller that seems interesting as the babies get older. It's the Mountain Buggy Urban Double...

Yes the bucket seats go right in there. It is SO much easier. They are 5 months old & still in them. (I met a woman at BRU yesterday & she said her 8 month old twins are in theirs still) I can't imagine how I'm going to handle it when I have to take them both out of car seats.Chat Icon

I was going to ge the snap and go, but everyone told em that their kids were out of the carriers very early, so I was worried it would be a waste. Well at 7 months, my boys are 12 and 16 lbs, so they will be in the carriers for a while still.
