Re: Healthy Eats 4/14

So far: I had a yogurt with some special K mixed in for crunch. I am going to eat the rest of the little box of Special K as my afternoon snack.

Also, tried a new tea from Starbucks ( someone brought in coffee and a tea sampler ) It is TAZO Green Ginger and it is SO GOOD. It does not need any sweetener and Green tea is great for your metabolism!

Lunch: still eatin leftovers from Easter. One little slice of ham with some salad ( no dressing or mayo though! )

Dinner plans: probably sloppy joes made from ground turkey - trying to figure out a healthy roll to buy for it.

Potato rolls are great! They're 2 points on WW, same as the WW buns, but so much more flavor.
