Anyone have a Kindle?

My mom ordered the Kindle 2 for me last night and it should be delivered with in the next few days. I don't know much about it, but she really wanted to get it for me, so why not .

If you have it, do you like it? Do your eyes hurt when reading?

I was pretty expensive, so it better be good!

and also, to add that I am reading a book not available on the Kindle right now and I HATE IT! I feel like I can't get comfortable without the book closing on me - or I have to keep adjusting to turn the page. I probably won't read another real book unless I absolutely have to ( this is for a book club ).

I bought a Kindle 2 to raffle off at a trade show I participated in recently. People were very excited about it.

I love my kindle. My eyes never hurt from reading. It isn't like a computer where the screen is backlit. It looks like regular book pages except you can make the font bigger or smaller. Best Present Ever!

I got one for mothers day from my mom.

I don't know how I ever lived without it.

It's easy to use. I pay about $10 a book.
