What does this sound like?
This morning I woke up with a poundng headache and nausea. I could not move at all, and had to take care of DS. I asked DH to take him to daycare, and went back to sleep until 2:15!!! My head is still pounding and I just feel achy and lethargic, but no fever... what is this????

Migraine?? Does your head still hurt??
I had a migraine last month that I thought my head was going to fall off.. I was nauseous that I was praying to throw up and I didn't.. The only thing that helped was a cold rag over my eyes..
I went to the dr and she gave my Fiorcet which has Tylenol and Caffeine in it for the next time it happens..
I hope you feel better..

Definitely sounds like a migraine to me. Was your vision messed up at all? Sensitivity to light?

Yes it can. Stress, something you ate, could have triggered it. The nasuea is usually a sign it was a migraine. I get violently sick with my migraines. I actually take anti- nausea meds when I get one...
