? if you use your car for work
If you use your car during work hours to travel to clients or proform work related tasks (Does not include drving to and from work)
Did your company require you to provide a copy of your car insurance policy showing that your car is covered under business use?
or sign something that you are aware that the company is not liable if anything happens when you are using your car for their work?

Re: ? if you use your car for work
I used to work in HR/Finance at a company and they did not require these items.

They only require that if we choose to transport clients in our own vehicle. I am not that dumb though. I have heard WAY TOO MANY horror stories about that.
I use my car otherwise to go visit my clients and my company reimburses me for my mileage.
