Scott, I like the one you posted in East Meadow. It looks nice. Why do you think it is so cheap?
because its a forclosure but its not really that cheap for a forclosure I think. I don't know im nuts

strange, however when we were in fl last time looking for houses we saw a house that we could affort looked beautiful on the website called the number and the lady was like that home as been sold for over 4 months, i keep telling them to take it off the website.

Many realtors do that. I saw the sign on the lawn the other day when I went to the florist across the street with my FIL. It said REMAX and Bank Owned underneath it.
I am not sure if the house was occupied though. The windows are not boarded up. The price is good for East Meadow, but the location is lousy. Scott
