I am putting this here, knowing it will get moved, but I dont know where it belongs..
Does anyone take a multi vitamin?
I want to start taking one..I am the worst eater ever! I hardly eat any vegetable or fruits. I need something but I dont know what the best is. I was just going to get a complete formula for women one..but so many different brands. Anyone?

I take Centrum chewables. The orange-flavored ones. They're tasty and remind me of Flinstone vitamins.

When I first started taking vitamins every day, I didn't like taking the big pills and some made me nauseous. I switched to taking Flintstones Chewables and that was MUCH better.

I still take Prenatals. Not because I am pregnant or going to be soon, but because they work for me. Plus I have a boat load extra.

I take Vita Lea with Iron. It's a multi vitamin by shaklee. In my research and opinion, it's the best there is.

I take TwinLab mv without iron. A great health food store I go to always recommends them.

I haven't tried it but there's a One a Day powder that goes in a bottle of water. I've heard that a lot of people jsut don't digest the vitamins well enough so they don't get the benefits. Cesspool guys open up the ground and find all sorts of vitamins floating at the top (gross I know but informative). So I would go with a liquid vitamin.

Believe it or not I heard that the Flintstones Gummies were the best vitamin for kids AND adults.

I used to take Centrum Complete but switched over several months ago to Womens-One-A-Day.
In a few months I'll be seeing my OB about switching yet again... and finally starting prenatals

I used to take the one a day gels - they go down better! And extra iron.
Now TTC I take a pre-natal.
