Signs an Interview went well
Hi!
What are some signs that make you think an interview went well?
-discussing salary?
-discussing if you would have to give your present job notice?
-telling you your work is strong
-discussing holidays off

all of the above.
i always think that if an interview felt more like a conversation/discussion instead of a game of 20-questions, it was a good interview.

The one thing of all those listed that would make me think it's a stand out interview is the fact that they said the work you did was strong. We have discussed the others with interviewees that will not get hired.
I agree that an interview that flows like a conversation is a nice indicator.
