Orthopedist recommendations
Anyone have one they love? I am in the massapequa area...so flexible in nassau and suffolk...

Orlin & Cohen has a ton of specialists and offices all over LI. I saw Dr. Shapiro for my back and was happy with them. They have a brand new office in Merrick too.

winthrop ortho in garden city on franklin ave right by old country road. they have a lot of doctors in the office, in house xrays, etc. very very competent and nice! dr grossman is the one ive heard the most about and who my follow up apt is scheduled with.

He performed surgery on my husband--he had a ganglian(sp?) cyst and. A friend of ours recommended him to us and we loved him.

I would recommend Dr. Sal Corso of Orthopedic & Sports Associates. I believe they are in Woodbury. Also, Dr. Gazzaniga or anyone really, at ProHealth in Manhasset.

Ditto them. I see Dr. Agulnick there, but he specializes in spines.

I work in physical therapy in the Massapequa are and we love working with Dr. Abulencia or Dr. Putterman - they are both great!!
