Post Op Dr's appt delayed
...and Im pist!! OK so the doctor has the flu but I have been waiting very patiently for this exam so I can resume bd'ing and swimming but now I have to wait until Monday 
My discharge paperwork said no sex, swimming,bathing or tampons for "2 weeks until cleared by doctor" Now its been over 2 weeks so I think I should be OK with everything right? I feel fine and no more bleeding.

That sux, sorry!  I don't know about the bd'ing and swimming...I would assume it's OK because it's been 2 weeks, but I have never had a d&c so I don't really know...sorry!

I was cleared both times after two weeks so i think you should be ok but I would wait to see the Dr. just to play it safe

I was cleared after 2 weeks and didnt have to see my doctor. Is there another doctor you can see on call or can you tell your doc you're feeling fine and you have no more bleeding?
Sorry Lisa, I know you were looking forward to getting this appt over with.

Thanks Kristin!! Im disappointed but Im just going to do what I want at this point. I feel fine so I'll just take it slow I guess.

My doctor never told me to get "cleared". They just said it was fine to resume after 2 weeks.
